Ask for the question, scope and evidence you need:

OpenTag can search the web and open pages to investigate. Ask it to name its sources and flag pages it could not access. A search result or an old article may not describe the current product.

Use the browser for a job

OpenTag can work through websites when a task needs a browser. Describe the outcome and any point where you want to review before proceeding.

A browser session can be opened through a link from the conversation. If OpenTag reaches a sign-in or a step only you can complete, use that link and follow the request, then return to the thread.

Sign in securely

Enter passwords, verification codes or payment details only in the secure control or the website itself. Do not paste them into Slack.

The conversation's browser is a different session from your own everyday browser. Being signed in on your laptop does not automatically sign OpenTag in.

Check the finish

Ask for the resulting link, file or confirmation. If a site blocks automation or a step fails, OpenTag should report the unfinished part. Check the site before repeating an action that might already have completed.
