Connecting to Gmail
Read and organise email, draft replies, and approve the exact message before sending.
What you can do
Search mail, read threads, organise messages and prepare drafts using an available Google account.
Connect
Choose Gmail in Integrations, authorise the intended Google account and review that service's settings. Multiple Google accounts are supported. Start at Integrations. Connecting an app covers the shared steps.
Access and limits
Sending a new email, reply or saved draft requires explicit approval. For channel requests, the full subject, recipients and body go to the requester's DM. The send is bound to the prepared message; later draft changes cannot silently replace it. See Approvals. Gmail sharing is separate from Drive and Calendar.
See How connections work for personal, team and document-sharing choices.
