Running out of credits
Check the allowance, restore work and understand what exhaustion means during a trial.
Check the balance
Open Billing to see the workspace's allowance and remaining credits. Use Usage to understand which requests and routines consumed them.
When your allowance is exhausted, OpenTag can pause new work until credits are available. The existing wiki, routine definitions and conversations are not deleted by that pause.
Restore access to work
A workspace owner or admin can choose an available plan or larger allowance from Billing. The app may recommend a plan based on measured usage. If none fits, contact us.
For a paid plan, the next monthly refresh may also restore available credits. Check the refresh date in Billing.
Subscription trials have different charging rules
Using up a subscription trial's allowance can end the trial and start paid billing before its scheduled end date. Check the terms of your selected plan. A free grant without a subscription does not follow that conversion flow.
Routines and interrupted work
Check each affected routine's status and history after restoring credits. Ask for a missed report explicitly or use Run if you have permission. Do not assume every missed scheduled run is automatically replayed.
For an interrupted request, continue in the original thread. Check what completed before asking OpenTag to repeat a change in another tool.
If this happens often
Review frequent routines, broad searches and large analyses. Narrow the work or choose an allowance that covers the team's actual usage. Only an owner or admin can change the subscription; a teammate hitting the limit may need to contact them.
