How credits work
Read rolling usage, teammate consumption and the balance for your billing cycle.
Credits follow the work
Your workspace shares one credit balance. A short lookup and a long analysis consume different amounts. There is no fixed credit price for every question, file or routine.
The model used, the amount of context and the work required all affect consumption. Use your actual usage history to estimate recurring jobs rather than treating an example as a quote.
Usage and Billing answer different questions
Usage shows consumption over a rolling 30-day window, daily spend and teammate breakdowns. Select a teammate to inspect their requests and routines.
Billing shows the current allowance, used and remaining credits, and the refresh date. A paid plan meters its monthly cycle; the free grant meters lifetime consumption.
These figures can differ because their date windows differ. A rolling month of usage is not necessarily your subscription's current cycle.
What refreshes
Paid allowances refresh each monthly cycle. An annual subscription still receives a monthly allowance. The free credit grant is one-time and does not refresh.
Use Plans for current standard allowances and trial behaviour. Do not assume unused monthly credits roll over or that a second signup creates another grant.
Estimate a routine
Run the job with representative data and inspect its consumption. Multiply by its expected run count, leaving room for changes in source volume and follow-ups.
A weekday routine runs roughly five times as often as a weekly one. A daily routine includes weekends. A growing source can make the same instructions cost more over time.
Reduce unnecessary work
- State the period and records you need instead of asking for all history.
- Reuse a working routine or skill with a clear output.
- Pause routines that nobody acts on.
- Ask for a correction in the existing thread so the context is clear.
Work already performed can consume credits even if the final job fails. For a balance that looks wrong, send support the conversation link and the date window you compared.
