Understand free grants, subscription trials, monthly allowances and self-service billing.
Check your workspace's offer
Open Billing for your current plan, available plans, credit allowance and renewal or trial date. Workspace owners and admins manage subscriptions. Everyone uses the workspace's shared credits; there are no per-person seats.
The plans available to your workspace may differ from the full catalogue. The Billing page and checkout show what you can actually buy.
Free credit grant
The standard free grant is 10,000 credits once, increasing to 20,000 total with a card on file. It does not refresh monthly. Some workspaces have an arranged allowance; use the balance shown in Billing.
A free grant and a subscription trial are different. Putting a card on file for a grant does not itself mean that every workspace is on the same subscription trial.
Subscription trial
Setup can offer a seven-day trial on a selected paid plan. Review the chosen plan, allowance and first-charge terms at checkout.
A trial can end when its credits run out
A subscription trial can convert to paid when its allowance is exhausted, before the scheduled trial end. Do not treat it as a free grant with no possible charge. Check Billing and cancel before conversion if you do not want the paid subscription.
Monthly allowances
The standard monthly catalogue is:

Larger tiers include volume credits. Only offers enabled for your workspace appear in the picker. Allowances refresh on the monthly billing cycle, not necessarily the first day of the calendar month.
For an arranged plan or annual billing, contact us. Annual billing still provides a monthly credit allowance.
Change or cancel a plan
Use Update plan in Billing to select an available offer. Changes to an existing subscription can generate a prorated invoice or credit immediately; review the amount before confirming.
Manage provides payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Complete the cancellation flow and check the scheduled end in Billing. If cancellation is scheduled and you change your mind, use Resume plan where offered.
Cancelling billing does not delete workspace data. After a subscription ends, the workspace falls back to its remaining lifetime free allowance, if any. It does not receive a fresh free grant. See Running out of credits.
