What OpenTag is

An AI coworker that uses Slack context, connected apps and company knowledge to carry out work.

Give it work in Slack

OpenTag is an AI coworker for your workspace. Ask it to investigate a question, prepare a file or carry out work in connected apps, and it posts the result back to the conversation.

It can use accessible Slack context, connected documents and the company wiki. It also has a browser and tools for working with files and generating media.

Start with something concrete

@OpenTag read last week's sales calls and list the promises we still owe customers. Link each source.

@OpenTag compare this month's activation with last month in PostHog and make a short report for #growth.

@OpenTag turn these notes into a presentation for Monday's review.

Name the outcome, sources and date range. If the task needs an account that is not connected, OpenTag can point you to setup.

Work it can repeat

A routine puts a job on a schedule. A skill records a procedure to reuse. The wiki keeps sourced company knowledge, while personal memory holds preferences and facts within their audience.

Know the boundaries

Source access, connection sharing and read/write permissions determine what OpenTag can reach and change. Some actions, including Gmail sends, need explicit approval. Other supported writes can execute during a request.

Read Approvals before giving it work with consequences. Check sources and results as you would when reviewing a colleague's work.

Get started

Add OpenTag to Slack, connect a relevant app, and try your first job. If your workspace already uses OpenTag, you can join without repeating its setup.
