Connecting to DocuSign

What you can do

Read envelopes, recipients, templates, agreements and supported workflows. Write access can create envelopes, send reminders and change supported workflow state.

Connect

If DocuSign is offered in your Integrations catalogue, select it and complete the provider authorisation. Availability depends on the enabled production connection. Start at Integrations. Connecting an app covers the shared steps.

Access and limits

Choose Read only for status checks. Sending envelopes or reminders affects recipients; review the exact action. A write-capable connection does not guarantee a separate approval card for every operation.
