Connecting to Google Sheets

Read and work with spreadsheets using your account or an allowed shared-content grant.

What you can do

Find spreadsheets, read values and work with supported sheet structure, formatting and cell updates under the connection's permissions.

Connect

Choose Google Sheets, authorise the intended account, and review the personal and shared content controls. Sheets can also be reached through appropriate native Google access. Start at Integrations. Connecting an app covers the shared steps.

Access and limits

People with existing access permits verified reads. An explicit shared-content Team grant can also allow bounded value updates and appends when write access is enabled; it does not give every teammate the owner's full spreadsheet tool access. Name the sheet and range before changing data.

Through the standalone Sheets integration, those shared updates and appends are limited to 1,000 rows, 10,000 cells and 512 KiB per operation.
