What's new in OpenTag

Ahrefs

Connect Ahrefs with your public API key to check Domain Rating for one site or several at once. Free Domain Rating checks work without a paid plan; premium reports depend on your key's plan and permissions.

Fixed browser links opening only the conversation transcript. A link from OpenTag now opens the browser for that conversation so you can take over when needed. If the session has closed, you'll see an explanation and an option to open it again.

Databuddy

Connect Databuddy with your organization's API key to ask about website traffic, funnels, goals, and investigations from OpenTag. Choose read-only access for analysis or read and write access to manage resources such as goals, feature flags, and annotations.

Dub

Connect Dub Links to work with short links and view their performance. If your Dub workspace has Partners enabled, connect Dub Partners separately to review partners, commissions, and payouts. Choose Team or Private sharing for each connection.

Fixed organization connections failing after the OpenTag GitHub App was installed. Existing installations can now finish connecting without a reinstall. If a request needs a missing GitHub permission, OpenTag explains what the installation owner needs to review instead of repeatedly asking you to reconnect.

Google Search Console

Connect Google Search Console to ask about search performance, inspect indexed URLs, and review your properties and sitemaps. Choose read-only access for reports or read and write access to manage properties and sitemaps. Your other Google app connections stay separate.

The model picker now includes GPT-6 Luna and more choices from other providers. Saved GPT-5.6 Terra selections now use GPT-6 Sol, so you can continue existing conversations and routines without changing each setting yourself.

Plausible

Connect Plausible Cloud with your API key to ask about website traffic, referral sources, popular pages, and conversions. OpenTag finds the sites your key can access. Managing sites and goals requires an Enterprise Sites API key and read and write access.

Reconnecting Stripe or Xero now keeps the connection's current read-only or read and write setting. Signing in again no longer resets that choice, including when you change access while a reconnect is in progress.

Fixed cases where routines kept checking finished work or repeated messages they had already sent. Routines that should stay quiet after completing their actions now finish more reliably. If part of a request can't be completed, OpenTag can return the useful results with an explanation of what failed.

Fixed scheduled channel routines being unable to ask teammates for responses because the requester wasn't recognized. Replies and attachments now return privately to the routine's owner, with reminders and decline responses following the same conversation.

Fixed routines being able to install skills without asking. When a routine needs to add a skill, it now waits for your approval before changing the instructions available in your workspace.

Fixed Slack reconnection failing after an administrator changed email domains. Reconnecting now keeps the workspace's established domain and completes the connection instead of showing an error after Slack was already connected.

Fixed cases where asking separate questions in Slack at the same time could mix their answers or put a reply in the wrong thread. OpenTag keeps each answer with the request that started it, while still letting you ask it to post elsewhere.

TUNE Affiliate (Hostinger)

Connect an approved Hostinger affiliate account through TUNE to ask about offers, conversions, commissions, and account reports. You'll need your affiliate account ID and a Hostinger affiliate API key with API access enabled.

Fixed wiki refreshes making existing pages or earlier versions disappear. Saved links to replaced pages now open an archived version, and you can view a page's history while its current version is being rebuilt, as long as you still have access to its sources.

Open Wiki history to see which pages changed between saved versions and compare their text side by side or in a single view. Filter the changed pages to find what matters, and open daily updates from the same place. You only see pages you have access to.
