OpenTag is officially approved for the Stripe App Marketplace

It’s official

OpenTag is now listed in the Stripe App Marketplace. Teams using Stripe can discover OpenTag, review the app’s capabilities and permissions, and connect their account to an AI coworker that works in Slack.

The idea is simple: ask a question about your business in the conversation where it comes up. OpenTag reads the relevant Stripe data and brings the answer back to the thread, ready for the team to discuss.

We love Stripe

Stripe is where many teams keep the records behind their business: payments, customers, invoices, and subscriptions. Those records help explain what is happening, but the questions often start somewhere else, in a conversation about a customer or a weekly review.

We built OpenTag to connect those moments. When someone asks which invoices are unpaid, the next step should be getting the answer into the thread. Connecting Stripe gives OpenTag a source to read while the team stays in the conversation.

Ask your Stripe questions in Slack

Start with a question such as “Which invoices are overdue?” or “How many customers do we have?” OpenTag can look up payments, customers, invoices, subscriptions, and balances from your connected Stripe account and reply in plain language.

The answer names the account it came from, which matters when your team works across several Stripe accounts. Teammates can ask follow-up questions in the same thread and use the result to decide what needs attention.

Before connecting, review the permissions on the marketplace listing and choose the intended account. In OpenTag, review who may use the connection so that access to billing and customer information fits the people doing the work.
